1. Very helpful professional staff except for door staff who were too preoccupied talking with sedan drivers to flag a cab for this pressed traveller - but that is an uncommon experience at this uncommonly fun group of boutique hotels.

3. I will miss, however, this adorable staff who don't miss a trick professionally, but do it with such grace and charm, I think I've just dropped by my cousin's house for an over-night on my to somewhere.
