4. Except for one or two very friendly and attentive door men the others were more concerned about chatting with each other out front, not opening doors, and letting me hail my own taxi.

5. We booked room service on the first night as we arrived quite late from the airport and the food was great and the prices reasonable; the way the food was presented was typical of the place - very cool with attention to detail.

7. I thought the staff was very nice, but respected your privacy while being attentive to your needs, everything is high-end but not stuffy and the bathrooms are amazing, with a shower and a garden tub, double sinks and ultra comfortable beds.

8. Every visit to the hotel-with staff like Nandi Barker, Jay Blake, Jeffery Behrens and Big Jose- is a pleasure because they are attentive, trustworthy, problem-solving, and accommodating.

9. Take the time to check out their website and pay attention to the skyline view from the hotel rooftop lounge, it is absolutely breathtaking on the site however in person it is so amazing it almost does not seem real.
