5. The play was good and dinner was good, but it was so nice to leave the hustle and bustle of the Times Square area and head to the quiet of 11th Avenue and Ink48.

At the end of the day, it's a nice hotel but given the various other options, chances are unless they clean up their first impression issues I've had with them I don't know if I can vouch for it being a top choice in NY, nor recommend it to people who hold accountability and communication standards to staff.
