1. Very helpful professional staff except for door staff who were too preoccupied talking with sedan drivers to flag a cab for this pressed traveller - but that is an uncommon experience at this uncommonly fun group of boutique hotels.

2. Having stayed at a hotel in Pennsylvania that was also dog friendly and noticing the telltale signs, I was amazed that, except for the bowls (and the actual dog) you cannot tell in any way that there has ever been an animal in the hotel.
