1. My only minor complaints were that there was no turn down service--so late night we were struggling to pull the shades over those gorgeous huge windows, and the next day housekeeping woke us up at 9 AM after our late night of partying to clean the room, and proceeded to come back twice to see if we were out yet, despite it being our check out day.

The hotel is a little further out than some but we really enjoyed the walk in the mornings and it was nice to be so close to 9th ave, having visited New York 3 times before but stayed in Times Square/ Brooklyn I'd never ventured to this part and was suprised to find so many gorgeous restaurants and bars so close to the hotel.
