4. Our overall impression is that the hotel has seen better days (probably when Leona Helmsley was still running it) but its location makes it a good 'value' if one is able to receive a discount.

5. If you do not get a Park view, you should consider other hotels in NYC that have city views and the rooms are in better condition.

10. Never mind, noone spends too much time in the bathroom while in NYC where there is a whole lot of better places to hang out.
