Otherwise totally soul less - booked on recommendation for our honeymoon, promised special attention in writing by hotel management for our five night stay including upgraded accommodation - on arrival given a room with no view - had to fight for a better room - no promised 'special attention' - problems sorting out overcharges on bill at check out only to discover on arrival home that additional charges have been made to my credit card.

7. I found all the staff to be friendly and accommodating, even when we were charged for a roll away bed and 3 items from the mini bar we didn't have which was removed from the bill without any quibble.
