4. This is not an everyday cleaning item however it made me wonder if the housekeeping staff was lacking on a deep cleaning schedule.

5. Bottom-line, I stayed in a filthy hotel room, returned home with bed bug bites on my arms, was treated disrespectfully by the staff (even after my stay), and am warning others to not jeopardize their health by staying at this hotel (even if the location is wonderful).

10. Cesar was a wonderful start to our 3night stay I have never slept in a hotel bed that was more comfortable it was clean and I would recommend the Westin to anyone who can afford to stay.
