Upon entering the room, I expressed my disappointment to the customer service manager by phone and while I felt like he felt bad for me, there was no attempt to make any kind of ammends so I would leave the hotel with a positive feeling and almost 5 days later not a single person has bothered to call to address my concerns (about the Club room, about the amount I was charged by Ali, about being left in the hallway without access to my room) so I feel like this hotel just does not have a high priority on giving quality service.
