1. For some reason the Sheraton Times Square has a higher end feel to it which surprises me because most Westin's I have stayed in seem much nicer in regards to the property itself than Sheraton.

2. There is also a 24 hour deil/ bakery (Europan Cafe) open at base of Hotel which serves excellent, reasonably priced, breakfasts/ sandwiches /salads / pasta etc .
"Great hotel " Read full review on TripAdvisor   4/10/2012 Vote
3. The reason i gave 4 stars is that, if there was a negative, maybe it was the services from the concierge/doormen.

4. In the heart of New York's visitor district, I expected high standards and was disappointed for the following reasons:the room was very small for 3 adults for a 5 day staythe en suite had no lock on the dooron 3 of the days, I had to ring to ask for body lotion as none had been left in the roomI had to ask for more coat hangers as we had been provided with 9 for 3 adults for a 5 day stay1 bath robe was provided for 3 gueststhere was virtually no surface area for 3 people to store their stuff in the bathroomthe bath towels were just large enough to be defined as 'bath' towels: generously sized guests would struggleno central light in the bedroomthe escalators were broken on at least 3 occasionsReception staff were, at best, coldly efficient and at worst, supercilious and unhelpful: for example, early in the stay,I asked for information/support to book a Westin hotel in Washington but was told to go and sort it out myself on the internet: subsequently, I was glad that I hadn't tried to book another Westinto access the internet in our room cost us $14.

5. The location, the main reason for booking this hotel, just off Times Square, was wonderful.

"NOT WORTH THE MONEY " Read full review on TripAdvisor   3/19/2012 Vote
7. Unless you are taking a higher-priced limo to the airport, the doormen are uninterested in helping you hail a more reasonably-priced yellow cab.
"Great location in a great city! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   3/5/2012 Vote
8. Great advice on how to purchase reasonably-priced theatre tickets without lining up at tkts.

9. I would not recommend the hotel for many, many reasons.
"Not good for your health " Read full review on TripAdvisor   3/2/2012 Vote
10. The location is fantastic, and we were upgraded to a corner room - which had decent views including the Hudson river on one side, and a glimpse into Times Square on the other (as good as you could reasonably expect in midtown NYC).
"Great location, all-in-all a nice hotel " Read full review on TripAdvisor   2/24/2012 Vote
