1. Just don't expect a typical Westin welcome, and maybe bring a spare towel and some cleaning spray.

9. The welcome at reception was warm and genuine; the room was all I would expect, my breakfast arrived on the dot each morning with a smile, and the bar a lovely place to relax and take a drink; all just steps away from 8th Avenue & Times Square.
