1. The staff needed a bit more training in customer care: reception staff on the phone abrupt and verging on rude when I complained that our room had not been serviced that day.

2. I personally did not care for the stainless steel sink and counter, there was almost no room to put personal care items, and you could tell the hotel did not have a lot of space either as they had the amenities on a shelf that looked like it was a afterthought.

8. PS: Stay well is not a good brand line since you obviously do not care about those of us with severe fragrance allergies.

9. I visit New York often and in most places, I have come to expect the distinct lack of personal touch and customer care but at times I do wonder what it is that we get for our money, especially in one of the most expensive cities in the world as far as hotels are concerned.
