Upon realizing the lack of access to the Club Room when I checked in, we immediately contacted the front desk manager, Ali, to see if we could drop down to a regular king room for the lower price but the only one she had was having a bad problem with the exhaust fan banging so she extended a part way discount (at my insistance that this was unacceptable to not give adequate information about their 'sort of Club Room' access.
