We did finally get a response when we filled out Wyndham's follow-up survey they send owners after a stay - when we got home there was a message from a resort assistant manager indicating they were sorry for our experience and our issues would be addressed - but the kicker was the closing line - she 'hoped we enjoyed our stay at Bonnett Creek and they looked forward to us returning soon' - still lot's of concern but no action - guess we were wrong for complaining.
