2. Never called the resort about it only because we were only there for sleeping most of the week anyways and we were just busy with our whole routine and it wasn't terrible to us, so, not that crazy bad, just unexpected.

10. It was a terrible start, but at least we got the shuttle unlike the two families we saw who came at the scheduled time but the bus driver refused to wait even though we told him there were people waving for him to stop.
