1. In my opinion, regardless of whose fault it is, it is a very poor reflection on Wyndham.

When you enter the property, you really get the feeling that you are living a rich man's life on a poor man's salary, from the guard shack (with a smiling and hospitable face to greet you) to an elaborate lobby (again, with smiling faces who seemed glad to see you) to wonderful grounds with some pretty awesome amenities.

Once you enter, to check in, you find a two phase check process, the truth now starts, after the first long line at the front desk and verifying your personal check in information and ensuring you have paid, you proceed to the second phase and another long line, on the other side of this large room, before getting the room keys, you encounter low class staff trained with high pressure tactics on selling you time share, total invasion of privacy and extremely poor customer service.

10. While we where staying ther during week of Dec 5-11 I experinced very poor WiFi connection in Tower 4 on the 8th floor.
