1. It started with commitments made by the Club Wyndham Concierge not being fulfilled by the resort (might have been my lack of understanding) where we were led to believe that we had certain rooms reserved and being told by the front desk that the rooms are controlled at the resort (no communication between them???) and they had no record of specific rooms being held.

4. He did not have the ability to move us due to the lack of available rooms and had no one available that day to do a proper shampooing on the carpet to clean the room correctly and that he was unsure when he would be able to get someone given it was the holidays.

5. The first floor 3 bedroom unit only had a view of the parking lot/shuffleboard court, but the convenience of the gas grills and being able to use our sliding door and patio to exit and enter without the building/room key hassle made up for the lack of view that we had on our last visit on the 9th floor.

8. If it were not for the lack of services and an overall lack of responsiveness from the Staff, this could be the hotel we would expect from the Wyndham resorts.

9. We were extremely concerned for our daughter-in-law to get a decent meal and were very uncomfortable with the lack of options offered.

10. The second is the lack of kettle, yes there is a coffee maker but no good for making tea.
