Once we made it to our room, it was not very clean and the air conditioner didn't work or never lower the temp to a comfortable level, noisy environment from construction starting at 6AM each day, TV remotes didn't work, toilet wouldn't flush properly, jacuzzi didn't work, reported problems to no avail, all the halls in the hotel hot/dirty, air not working there either, staff in general incompetent and non responsive.

5. I truly like that fact that you have a washer and dryer (with complementary soap powder) to at least go home with some clean, dry clothes not have to carry any dirty clothes home to wash/dry later.

'these people' did the obligatory 90 minute tour and then proceeded to terrorize the resorts pools, recreation and common areas by allowing bunches of their unsupervised children to run, splash, curse, fight, rough-house, yell, scream, push, shove and just plain run amuck while un attentive tattoo and piercing clad parents downed miller lights poolside from a dirty cooler.
