1. This pool had less kids and was not crowded or noisy at all which made for a nice nap or the ability to read without distraction.

Once we made it to our room, it was not very clean and the air conditioner didn't work or never lower the temp to a comfortable level, noisy environment from construction starting at 6AM each day, TV remotes didn't work, toilet wouldn't flush properly, jacuzzi didn't work, reported problems to no avail, all the halls in the hotel hot/dirty, air not working there either, staff in general incompetent and non responsive.

8. We were on the 2nd floor over looking the lazy river, this pool is open until midnight every day, was a little worried as it tended to be pretty noisy when you were standing on the balcolny but as soon as you shut the doors you couldn't hear a thing, marvellous.
