1. Eventually the evening manager and engineer came over and told us a bug sniffing dog found no evidence of other bed bugs so nothing had been done to the room or our luggage but to be safe 'we' should put everything through a hot dryer for 45 minutes.

One family arrived a few days early (As planned), while they were getting ready for bed, they found bed bugs in their room on the first floor, they called the front desk and were moved at 2AM to the 4th floor, they weren't allowed to take any luggage or any of the kids toys, only their electronics and important items.
