1. It's hard for owners to book this resort but non-owners are getting in??? I'm not totally pleased with Wyndham at this point which is also due to some other issues.

2. There were several issues that were reported such as the A/C in the master bedroom not cooling but the rest of the unit was cold and a light out in the guest bathroom.

4. Just got back Friday May 11th from 2 weeks at Wyndham Bonnet Creek this place never dissapoints we only had a couple issues those being,A lightbulb exploded had a couple bugs and Parking late at night also our internet cord was broken the first night we got there.

7. We have no issue with AC (make sure you lock the patio door in order to keep the AC running) and our room temperature was always comfortable.

8. As we all know, you can buy time shares right now for next to nothing (sometimes literally $1) because folks are getting rid of them because of the maintenance fees and other issues.

9. Here's the partial listing of issues:- failure to let me know that a package I needed had arrived- insistence by the restaurant hostess to get my name and room number before seating me even though I said I was paying cash.

10. I can say that it was evident that they were turning over the rooms quickly- a few maintenence issues that we had to call on (kitchen things, and missing some sheets in the pull out bed 'kit') The pools are croweded as mentioned.
