7. I would say that perhaps someone did this by mistake except my shoes were mixed in with the other 8 members of my family's stuff.

9. Checkin was smooth and swift, I requested a specific building (which was a mistake - tell you about it later) and my request was granted, they gave me a lovely room overlooking the lake, swimming pool, and mini golf course.
