2. This time around, we stayed in Tower 4 right next to the promenade they have constructed which takes you for a short stroll out onto the main lagoon which is the centrepiece of the resort.

Once we made it to our room, it was not very clean and the air conditioner didn't work or never lower the temp to a comfortable level, noisy environment from construction starting at 6AM each day, TV remotes didn't work, toilet wouldn't flush properly, jacuzzi didn't work, reported problems to no avail, all the halls in the hotel hot/dirty, air not working there either, staff in general incompetent and non responsive.
