5. Worst of all, we tried to go park in the parking lot across from the hotel and we realized we were in the wrong place.

6. The elevators up to the 11th floor and the spectacular lobby which is located there still keep up with usual Westin style, but you sense something is wrong from the moment you get onto the elevators which take you to your room: old and worn out, with an incredibly shrill beeb at every floor.
