9. Overall the hotel seemed clean except for the lobby area where you can sit to see the awesome views, there were glasses and drinks left on the tables, that noone seeemd to clean up and the elevator carpets were worn.

10. The elevators up to the 11th floor and the spectacular lobby which is located there still keep up with usual Westin style, but you sense something is wrong from the moment you get onto the elevators which take you to your room: old and worn out, with an incredibly shrill beeb at every floor.
