1. The night staff was very rude to my husband (FYI you cannot take pictures in the lobby unless you are taking pictures of family who you can easily photoshop out if you want plain lobby pics), and the price of a coke at the bar is THREE DOLLARS.

4. The head bell man was rather rude about it too saying it was their policy for guests not to take the tolleys; kind of interesting especially after we were able to bring it up to our room when we checked in.

5. The Staff was rude, refused to let me speak to management about my circumstances and when I told them I was a Starwood member and begged them to let me have a room for just a few hours to dress prior to the presentation they refused and called security to move me from the front desk.
