4. We had a suite on 28th floor and had to complain up to the general manager to simply get the room cleaned properly the plumbing repaired, a fresh bathrobe and an adaptor for the electrical plug.

I had a really good rate through one of these 'book before you find out the name of the hotel' websites, so I shouldn't complain too much, and the location just on the edge of the French Quarter is a definite plus, but if I had to pay the regular price for this hotel I would definately look for a better place to stay.
