1. TV was not working, called down and they responded very quickly - poor man worked on it for about 10 minutes then had to call a supervisor to help him.

2. My poor wife decided to get on the floor to sleep at 3:30 AM, because she was very uncomfortable in the bed, and she is incredibly unselfish, and she did not want to wake me, nor did she want to wake my adult daughter attempting to sleep in the adjacent bed (which featured a lame mattress).
