8. The only downside is that you couldn't just walk into the hotel from the street, you had to take an elevator to the 13th floor because that's where the lobby was located, then you had to take another elevator to get to your rooms.

10. downsides: the elevators to the room requires a transfer on the 11th floor and we found the cold tap water to be lukewarm no matter how long we let it run.
