Too many 'defiencies' to mention: the TV was not working , tried to call but the phone was not working either - had to use the hallway phone (it was broken, had to be replaced), the blind for the drapes had to be repaired (the chain was caught), forgot to give us a key to the mini bar (after 2 calls we gave up), the bath tub was chipped, the chairs were so filthy (the arm rests had black scum) - all this at first view (Hello, housekeeping.

3. The only minuses were that the hallways could use a renovation and there was a little chipped paint/minor condition issues in the room.

6. When we arrived at our room, we had homemade chocolate chip cookies and ice cold diet cokes waiting for us (Our favorites), along with a personal note from the Wyndham By Request manager, listing her personal phone number for any extra requests we might have during our stay.
