1. I didn't have a problem with the elevators, although it was an inconvenience to have to take 2 elevators every time you wanted to go to your room.

9. The upside is that its a beautiful lobby with great views of the quarter and the river, but to get to your room you have to access two different elevator banks which is a little inconvenient.

While the lobby is located on the 11th floor and then you switch to another bank of elevators to get to your room, you get used to the slight inconvenience especially when you observe the great view of the Quarter and river from the lobby which is very spacious and has numerous chairs and couches to relax and enjoy the view.
