1. I didn't have a problem with the elevators, although it was an inconvenience to have to take 2 elevators every time you wanted to go to your room.

4. Overall I think this hotel deserves a higher rating on trip advisor and if they fix the noise problem they will belong in the top 20.

5. The bed and sheets are great and it is kept very clean BUT the problem is the thin walls where if you have a noisy neighbour ,you will hear everything.

6. two elevator system a bit odd, but no real problems - even with moving 130 or so conference attendees at around the same times.

Internet was $13/day with a 3-meg limit (not 3-gig, 3-meg); the TV was quite small for the size of the room; we had no cleaning service for two days and then only when I called the front desk; cleaning staff didn't speak English; the bathroom lacked exhaust which made for a steamy shower; two elevators are required to get down to street level, one down to the lobby on 11, then a different bank of lifts to the groundMitigating the problem: Manager comped the internet after I mentioned it, and even offered to move us to a river view.

8. I came back around 1:30 and the room had not been made up yet (I didn't have a problem with that) but the money was missing - first time this has ever happened to me at a hotel.

10. Yes, you do have to take two sets of elevators to access hotel rooms (and you need you hotel key to activate the elevator), really was not a problem.
