1. I called the front desk (I travel a lot for business and have never had a problem before anywhere) for assistance.

8. Later that day we had the same problem with the safe again I ran into a security person in the hallway to my room she was awesome she came back to the room with a very bubbly attitude she changed the batteries got the safe working.

10. Young people who are there to party may not have any problems at all with that sort of thing, and the noise of Bourbon street at night which is also something we had to contend with - if that's what you're there for, then it may just be the best hotel ever.
