3. It has been a few weeks since I read all the reviews deciding if we would stay here or not, and it seems that whatever the negatives that came up in some of those reviews did not come up during our stay (except the Bourbon Street issue.

5. I was a little skeptical given some of the negative reviews in Trip TripAdvisor, but was happy to find the less-than-stellar reviews were, in my opinion, a bit overblown.
