3. 2) We had to pay $3/day to use the safe; 3) there was no laundry room on site; so we had to drive to Terrytown LA (25 min trip); 4) we registered 5 people (we got towels for 4) so we had to go down to the 2nd floor and pick up extra towels (swimming towels) each day, 5) room service didn't clean out rooms until late in the day, 6) the bathroom floor vibrated and made a horrible buzzing noise, 7) hotel attempted to charge us $200 a night instead of $149 (reserved for) and for this price; we didn't have a microwave.

5. While it has a great location and a helpful bellboy, it has horrible front desk service, an elevator that regularly breaks down and 'rooms' that have pullout sofa beds instead of actual beds.
