1. That being said, they did try to make our stay comfortable (rate reduced, breakfast offered for day that room service didn't show up in time one morning & we had to leave), but it surely started our short 4 day visit off on the wrong foot.

4. We had one little snafu when we checked in - we were given the wrong room, but the reception comped us our lunch at the Rib Room for what was really a very minor inconvenience.

10. When I called down to the front desk to let them know that they had given us the wrong room, they told us that they were completely booked and could not give us a room that we needed.
