3. It's one thing to actually brew something up for a customer upon request (like a latt'e or mocha) however brewing up SBUX 'packet' coffee and putting it in a decanter and charging a premium for it is just ridiculous-especially when you get it for free by placing the 'SBUX coffee brewed here' sign in your lobby.
