2. My only disappointment was the breakfast buffet in the Rib room - the bagels were horrible and no healthy bread choices, no low-fat creme cheese, but the fruit was very fresh and good.

5. It is really a shame because like I said the hotel is very pretty and the location could not be better, the bartenders and bell hops were all nice but I was so very disappointed with the girls at the front desk that I do not believe I can recommend this hotel to my clients (by the way I am a travel agent).

6. My girlfriend surprised me with a weekend getaway to New Orleans and I would have to say that we were disappointed in our stay at Omni Royal Orleans.
