1. Yes, I would stay here again as the positives outweighed the negatives, but would just request something specific in writing regarding our reservation.

6. The closed door in my room was off the rails, and I remember thinking I should inform the staff so the next person doesn't write a negative review :), but I forgot because it really was a non-issue for me.

8. If there is one negative I would point out -- service at the Rib Room bar is kind of spotty when there is a crowd.

9. The only negative was not being able to cool the room down below 67 degrees, and in a city where the humidity is so oppressive, the rooms should be able to be cooled more if need be.
