1. The only downside was the noise from nearby guests, and I have seen previous responses by the manager that they are about to embark on rennovations to address this.

5. The ONLY downsides were: 1) the in-room coffee is not good and coffee kiosk does not open until 0700, and 2) the hotel has some chipped paint, areas of wrinkly hall carpet, etc.
