2. The carpets looked filthy ( although I'm guessing this is from age/wear and not actually being dirty) and they need to be replac or at least stretched.

3. My only complaints were: the pool could use a cleaning (it wasn`t filthy but it wouldn`t be a bad idea) and we saw a palmetto bug (cockroach) on the 3rd floor.

4. The room I booked was so small, smaller than a normal walk-in closet, very dark and also with an old and filthy carpet with the odd smell.

5. The lobby was recently renovated and looked nice, but as soon as you are on the corridor of the rooms, there is an old ugly and filthy carpet that smells not good.
