1. I was so disgusted as who expects such uncleanliness in a 4 star hotel? Back to the front desk where the clerk was not happy to see me again and I explained that if the cleaning staff would keep a chewed up pen cap in the room I was afraid of what other kinds of dirty items would I find if I kept looking.

2. The carpets looked filthy ( although I'm guessing this is from age/wear and not actually being dirty) and they need to be replac or at least stretched.

3. The staff were very rude and unhelpful the hotel was old and very dirty the pool had a very dark ring of dirt around the inside.

4. I did notice that in the bathroom there were things on the floor that never got swept up (we had to pick them up) and the bath tub was horribly dirty.

9. The rooms are tiny, the bed cover was one of those multi colored generic ones to hide all the stains I assume, and the bathroom shower curtain was very dirty.
