1. From start to finish, I definitely see how hard the staff of the Omni are working to provide top notch service.

2. The only changes I would recommend would be to find a way to develop more counter space in the bathroom (easily done in my opinion) and to raise the in-room safe (it's hard for this older guy to be on his knees to get into the safe).

3. As some previous posters have noted, the bedding could use updating, and frankly a little more furniture in the room would be helpful -- it is hard to have a laptop, travel books, personal items etc with only one desk/table to put items on.

10. The only complaint I have is breakfast in the restaurant closed up shop relatively early (before 11 on a Saturday), and their espresso machine was out of order (hardly controllable).
