The biggest
complaint
is simply transportation to and from the airport, 15 miles out of town, no hotels provide courtesy transportation, the taxi union is so strong in town you either take a cab or a public bus, which can be very confusing.

Our only
complaint
was that the carpet looked a bit worn and should be replaced, so I'd suggest bringing slippers from home, since the hotel doesn't supply them bedside (this is the only simple luxury that could improve this hotel).

My only
complaint
is the parking is expensive, but whether you park at the hotel or a public lot, you are going to pay $30 a day to park in the French Quarter.
