9. Am slowly making my way through the luxe hotels in New Orleans where I went to school long ago and used to look at some of these places with wonder, in hopes I could stay at them someday.

10. Front desk service was incredibly slow, probably because one person was serving the line of 10 people waiting to check in while about five reception employees or managers were sitting in the back room having a break, all within full view of the visitors trying to check in.
