1. My only disappointment was the breakfast buffet in the Rib room - the bagels were horrible and no healthy bread choices, no low-fat creme cheese, but the fruit was very fresh and good.

3. If you would judge the Omni by its lobby you would think the entire hotel would be spectacular, however when we stepped off the elevator we were welcomed by a dark dingy hallway that had horribly fithy carpets and smelled like an ashtray.

5. I did notice that in the bathroom there were things on the floor that never got swept up (we had to pick them up) and the bath tub was horribly dirty.
