1. This Sheraton was just adequate and unfortunately there were constant low-level irritations: the wrong room service entree, housekeeping that didn't re-stock the soap, one towel too few, the slowest remote control with the hardest to find channel guide, staff that weren't quite on their game.

3. I didn't know this at the time of asking but I did specifically ask for a renovated room after the first one as there is nothing else really wrong with this hotel apart from the age of the rooms.

8. Instead I went to make coffee with our in-room coffee maker and the coffee insert was 3x bigger than the receptical in the pot - they supplied the wrong size of coffee packet for the maker.

9. the lobby and bar are one floor down from streetlevel, and the meeting room down even further- very odd, as to the hotel rooms ,they are stark outdated utilitarian affairs- nothing really wrong with them, but just not very comfortable for some reason- no fridge or micro, and my little coffee pot would not work.

10. The Sheraton's, like the Hyatt's, have a consistent layout and its a formula that's hard to get wrong.
