1. When I arrived at the other hotel, it was horribly dirty and I didn't feel safe.

2. We were put on 12th floor (not for Starwood preferred guests - as we are)- the carpet on the floor was very dirty, the smell in elevetor is really bad.

5. The first room we had was dirty and smelt of smoke (despite a leaflet saying you'll be fined for smoking in the room so they can professionally clean/febreeze it properly), this was a preferred guest room, so we went back to reception and got upgraded to a club room.

6. My only complains are a) you cannot adjust the height of the showerhead; b) the hairdryer was old, sticky and dirty.

8. the room is still dark, dingy and dirty like most starwood properties and yes had an adjoining door even after my request to avoid that.
