9. I actually usually stay at the biltmore but thought it would be nice to try something different and hopefully newer but I will never stay at THIS Sheraton again, the motel 6 has better service (maybe not as clean of rooms) but just as outdated.

10. So to start I checked in and the lady at the front desk was rude then I checked into my room and was thinking ok nothing impressive and everything is outdated.
