1. The breakfast was too expensive, and the laundry service ruined some of my nieces shirts (they didn't take the time to read the instructions and melted the glitter design on them)Can't complain at all on the staff, but I wouldn't stay there again.

4. There's a lounge and restaurant on-site that are no more expensive than anyplace nearby if you're too exhausted to search for other options and just want a quick and easy dinner.

6. I also found as a tourist, you have to get at least 5 miles from the hotel to do anything, so downtown is not a location I would recommend for tourists, it's also expensive to sleep and park here.

7. As I said, parking is way to expensive and if you choose self-park you need to park on the fourth floor.
